<A Realistic Elementary School Room> : Practical Interior Design This is my elementary school son's room, designed for ease of use rather than just for looks. The Billy bookshelf looks great when empty, but you can never have enough books, so it's always full. The bed has so much storage in its drawers, so we didn't have a separate chest of drawers. Since crafts and other miscellaneous items always pile up, we stored them out of sight.
