#리모델링성공기 #30년구축아파트 #올리모델링 This is our home, a 30-year-old apartment that we remodeled! From the visible to the invisible, everything has been completely renovated! Introducing our home, which everyone praises😍 1. What space did you remodel and how? Our home is a 30-year-old 800-square-foot (27 pyeong) apartment. From the sash, extension, system air conditioning, wallpaper, flooring, and furniture... We renovated everything we could. While it's not obvious because it's a remodel, we also fixed some of the worn-out parts. We even repaired branch pipes, distributors, and distribution boxes... We renovated everything. We installed built-in furniture to maximize space, and because it's a remodel, we added more outlets and paid close attention to every detail, from doorknobs to faucets! Because it's a low-rise building, the load-bearing wall in the child's room was a problem. 😢 Even after expanding, the space wasn't fully utilized, so I focused on arranging the child's room furniture to make it feel as spacious as possible. I also expanded both the living room and kitchen, adding insulation! 2. After living there, please tell me about a decision you've made that you think was a great decision. While it's about 66 sq ft (20 pyeong), it's more than enough for a family of three, it wasn't particularly spacious. 😂 So, I expanded every space I could. The living room has also become noticeably larger, allowing me to enjoy the stunning view.👍🏻 I also expanded the kitchen and moved the laundry water hose, so I can now add storage in the expanded space! This increased storage space keeps the house neat and tidy, and allows me to use the living room a bit more comfortably. I'm so glad I did! And, with a unified, warm tone throughout, we matched everything—the wallpaper, flooring, appliances, and furniture—so the house looks so cozy and inviting, I'm so happy about it😍 While organizing photos while writing the challenge theme, I suddenly saw how completely transformed my home had become, and I'm so proud! Since we put so much thought and effort into remodeling this house, I want to keep it even prettier and cleaner!
