#FTC21기이야기 #미식완성템 I believe a gourmet meal isn't about a grand course, but rather a dish that brightens up an everyday meal. Our family's "food completion items" make every spoonful of rice, every sip of soup, and every side dish look different. 🤍 Even the same dish can change the mood, taste, and even the memories it evokes, depending on the dish it's served on. A blue floral plate evokes a sunny day's table, a soft ivory bowl evokes a warm home-cooked meal, and a wooden tray neatly organizes the table. It doesn't have to be a special occasion. With good dishware, every day becomes a little more special. I'll continue to tell the story of our family's dishes, one by one.
