Before moving in the new sofa, I started by reorganizing the living room. Just changing one sofa meant changing so many things. The flow of traffic, the location of the table, even the child's play area. So this time, - I chose the sofa first, - and then rearranged the layout to fit it. Even before it was even moved in, the living room already felt much more organized. Leaving it empty made things more visible, and I could see the direction of the light again. Since it's a space shared with the child, I chose a low, soft shape that wasn't too big or stuffy. Now all that's left is... waiting.
