It's not a special day, but I really enjoy spending time at home like this. On a sunny afternoon, with a few glasses on the table, we take a break. These days, it's become a small routine to enjoy a light glass of organic lemon juice or organic asabi mixed with water. Drinking it without feeling guilty has become a daily routine. During the kids' naps, or when the day feels a little sluggish, I find myself creating a little bit of relaxation like this. Even without a lot of decoration, just a favorite glass, some fruit, and a sprig of greenery enlivens the atmosphere in my home.
