※ This review reflects my impressions after receiving and using the product from the brand. I was looking for a pan that wasn't too big, so I could easily take it out and use it. I ended up using the Edelkochen Gyoza Pan. It's compact, but it actually felt more functional for me to cook each dish one at a time. I had a vague notion that stainless steel pans would be difficult to maintain, but this one, with its combination of stainless steel and coating, is much easier to use than I expected. The triple-coating, using Swiss brand ILAG technology, over the stainless steel, was impressive, as it prevented sticking even at high temperatures. The safety-tested, non-hazardous coating gave me added peace of mind when preparing side dishes for my children. Perhaps because the heat transfers quickly and evenly, cooking time seemed shorter, and the heat spreads well from the bottom to the sides, resulting in more even cooking. The fact that it even comes with a lid, which reduces oil splatter and contamination, was also quite useful in practical use.
