Mentaiko Ochazuke, a dish I've been enjoying a lot lately 🪺 Sharing a super-easy recipe that can be made in just 5 minutes using ingredients you already have at home. It's a quick and easy recipe that I often make when I'm feeling down or a late-night snack. ✔️ Ingredients (for 1 serving) - A bowl of warm rice - 1/2 to 1 strip of mentaiko (adjust to taste) - Furiake (spicy rice cake) - A little green onion or scallion - A little wasabi (optional) - Green tea or dashi stock ✔️ Directions 1. Soak a green tea bag in hot or cold water while cooking. 2. Fry the mentaiko in butter over low heat, turning occasionally. 3. Thinly slice the green onion (spicy green onion or scallion is fine). 4. Cut the mentaiko into bite-sized pieces. 5. Loosen the rice. 6. Finally, pour the hot green tea or dashi stock over the rice and top with the mentaiko, scallion, and furiake. Here it is...!! Pour in just enough to cover the rice for a perfect texture. 7. (Optional) Add a dash of wasabi for a refreshing, non-greasy experience. ✔️ Delicious Tips - Adding too much pollack roe can be salty, so I recommend adding it little by little. - Freshly cooked, warm rice is the best. - On busy days, a green tea bag is enough for a delicious meal. - It's perfect for breakfast or a light, late-night snack. The salty pollack roe and warm tea combine to create a comforting and subtly filling bowl. It's almost embarrassing to call it a dish, but it's the perfect way to create a Japanese atmosphere at home 👍 It's a simple yet satisfying dish, and once you make it, you'll be craving it often 🍚🍚 #RecipeShare #레시피추천 #레시피북 #오늘의집 #르크루제 #주방템추천 #예쁜템최고야 #살림살이 #오늘한끼 #명란오차즈케 #이케아추천템 #이케아 #리사보 #테이블매트 #테이블매트추천 #모던인테리어 #가성비
