It's been a while since I've written about Today's House again. ✍️ Once I fell into the rabbit hole of graduate school, time flew by, and my writing rhythm evaporated with it. 🕰️ I thought I'd go back to my old self once vacation started... but in reality, writing a single post is like catching my breath. 😭 Plus, February is my work peak, and this time, issues big and small have piled up since January, and before I knew it, I was already in the middle of February. 🌪️ Because I've been working overtime, the house is still the same, and I haven't had time to work on the interior. And cooking... what can I say? 😂 Delivery, delivery, delivery! These days, my delivery man is practically family... 🚪🛵 If this continues, I'll just gain weight, and my health will fade away, so I took a moment this weekend to get my act together and started making meal kits. 🍳 "Nothing fancy, just for survival." 😂 Today, I'm going to share a little bit about one of them ✨ I'm a diehard meat lover. I'm the type who can't get full even after eating without meat. 🥩 So, my friend and I went to Costco and split the bulgogi meat in half. 🤝 I hate complicated things, so I decided on beef and chive rolls! Just roll the bulgogi meat with chives, and freeze them neatly. It couldn't be simpler... lol To eat, I boiled it with a little water and a little tsuyu. What do you think? It looks pretty good, doesn't it? ✨ These days, I'm increasingly drawn to 'things I made' rather than ready-made products, and I'm also making more and more dishes myself. ☕ Today, I put this rice in a dish I made, and I felt even more affectionate towards it. 💗 I wonder what kind of meal kit I'll come back with next time...
