Two Plates Two Place's signature warm large cup and seaweed bowl ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I needed to eat something classy and elegant, but... I couldn't leave out the seaweed, which is essential for ttomegi :) ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ You know how delicious gwamegi is when wrapped in seaweed. I use the secret imokase recipe with roasted seaweed, coating it with a 1:1 ratio of sesame oil and perilla oil, and grilling it. Jiingcha is delicious. Today, I put that delicious seaweed in a beautiful dish. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I prefer coffee to alcohol, so I poured coffee into a warm large cup and drank it.
