We've got a new spot for Popo in front of the large window. Placing a floor cushion gave him a sense of space to play, and placing it next to the human sofa felt a bit cluttered. So, this time, I added a pet sofa that blends seamlessly into the living room. It's low enough that it's easy to get on and off, and it's wide enough that he can lie down and then lie down comfortably. It can be unfolded into a bed, so he can play, rest, and then fold it back up into a sofa. It's more versatile than I expected. What I particularly like is that it doesn't feel like "dog furniture," but rather blends seamlessly into the living room furniture. These days, my favorite time is when Popo climbs up next to me and we look out the window together while I'm reading.
