Let me introduce you to the IKEA Jötesta shelf, which dominates my living room view. 🖤 I bought it about two years ago. I remember falling in love with it after watching a video about it overseas. The Jötesta shelf is made of matte black wood and matte black steel. It's lightweight yet sturdy and stable, so I think it'll last a long time. The open back of the shelf allows you to place it in front of the living room window, allowing the outside view and natural light to shine through without feeling cramped. Like a black canvas, it goes well with any props, but it's especially stylish with a Zen-style Korean paper lamp, ceramics, vases, and crafts.
