I made Starbucks banana bread using the Luchi hot dog mold. I was skeptical about whether it would actually taste good, but it was just as good as the ones I bought outside. The kids loved it, and it paired well with coffee. I'll have to try making other things with the Luchi hot dog mold. ✅Banana Bread 170g cake or AP flour 2 bananas (250g, peeled) 60g walnuts 1 egg (room temperature) 4g baking soda 90g sugar 1g salt 80ml olive oil (brown rice oil or any cooking oil will do) <Buttermilk> You can substitute 20ml with plain yogurt!!! 20 mL milk (room temperature) 1.25 mL vinegar (1/4 teaspoon) Preheat oven at 170°C for 30-35 minutes Air fryer at 170°C for 25 minutes Recipe courtesy of Hadda@Home! #CornSoupFilm #오늘의우리집 #예쁜템최고야 #홈베이킹 #베이킹
