Toast made with Tangzhong rye bread 🥪 I recreated the combination I had in Sydney at home. Add as much avocado, egg, tomato, etc. as you like. And the key to this brunch is the shiso leaf 🌱✨ The subtle aroma that spreads with each bite is the key. The coffee wasn't fully degassed, so it took a little longer to extract...
