I made a simple steak with leftover cabbage in the fridge ๐Ÿฅฌ It's great as a diet meal, and it looks beautiful when plated like a brunch dish, so I think I'll be making this often. [Doenjang Honey Butter Cabbage Steak] 1. Slice the cabbage into 2-3cm thick pieces. 2. Pour a generous amount of olive oil into a pan and fry until golden brown on both sides. 4. Mix 1 tablespoon doenjang, 1 tablespoon allulose, and 2 tablespoons lemon juice and coat the cabbage evenly. 3. Add 1/2 cup water and 1/2 tablespoon chicken stock to the pan. Place the butter on the cabbage, cover, and cook over low heat. 5. Mix 3-4 tablespoons Greek yogurt with 0.5 tablespoon peanut butter. Spread the mixture in a bowl and top with the cabbage. 6. Top with cheese and chives.
