#연휴에뭐하집 Baby's first tteokguk that transformed an ordinary holiday into a special memory 🥣✨ You know those days? You want to treat your family with extra care, and even a simple table is filled with the warmth of the holidays! For those moments, my secret weapon for this Lunar New Year's holiday, which I've lovingly prepared, is a warm bowl of tteokguk. 🏠🤍 This Lunar New Year holiday, instead of going far, I spent it like any other holiday, taking walks to a park near my house with my baby and stopping by our favorite cafe. But on Lunar New Year's Day, I couldn't let it pass me by, so I prepared a bowl of milky tteokguk. 🥟🥢 Placing a yellow egg on top of the tteokguk and adding a generous helping of large dumplings really transformed the atmosphere of the table. This Lunar New Year was especially special because it was my baby's first tteokguk. Seeing my baby's mouth slurp as she immersed herself in the rich soup, I felt proud, thinking, "I made the right choice." 🥰 Actually, we've had a little problem lately. My baby, who used to sit comfortably in her own chair, has grown so much that she keeps coveting the adult table where Mom and Dad sit. 🪑💦 It's disconcerting to see her refuse the high chair and confidently take her place at the table, but I'm even more proud of her for how much she's grown as a member of our family. It wasn't a grand trip, but just sitting across from my beloved family and sharing a bowl of tteokguk (rice cake soup) was enough to make the holiday a wonderful one.
