Do you know why interior design estimates keep going up? They say 200-300 per pyeong, but when I actually get them, they're all different. Is it the contractor's fault? No. It's because we didn't clearly define what we wanted. Whether it's white wood, French, partial demolition, or maintenance. If they don't know, the contractor will "play it safe" and give a generous estimate. = Estimate increase 💸 So, I created and sent a proposal. ✔ Floor plan ✔ Before ✔ Desired concept ✔ Requests for each space ✔ Maintenance items listed I received estimates from 20 places, and there were almost no additional questions. The estimates were also much easier to compare.
