#연휴에뭐하집 What did you all do during the holidays? I went on a 4-night, 5-day trip to Jeju Island with my family✈️ We hiked, went swimming, 🌴 We went to good restaurants and ate delicious food, and went here and there with my lovely nephews and healed, but when I got home, I was overcome with fatigue. #SallyFeel I sat on the mind pillow and focused on my posture and meditated calmly I need to get my tired body and mind back in order 🤍 Everyone, get well soon and have a good week.
