Soak the water parsley in the vinegar water for at least 10 minutes. 2. Rinse several times under running water, trimming off any thick ends and discarding them. 3. Cut the remaining water parsley into 3cm pieces. 4. Add 100ml of water and 6 large tablespoons of pancake mix and mix together with a spoon. 5. Pour the battered water parsley into a preheated frying pan with 2 tablespoons of cooking oil. 6. Flatten it into a round shape without any lumps. 7. Rotate the frying pan left and right, up and down, to bring the oil to the center. *This will ensure a crispy finish. 8. Cook over medium-high heat for 5 minutes, then flip. 9.
