This is a short-term rental officetel located in Jamsil, now in operation for a year and a half. 🍭 It's a small studio apartment, only 6 pyeong (approximately 200 square feet), but I wanted to create a cozy and warm space with full amenities, making it as cost-effective as possible. 🩵 For a black-and-white interior, I installed black wood blinds and laid down a checkerboard-patterned rug, which added a fun touch. 🖤🤍 The bedding and furniture are all white. Lighting, art, and a rug are essential for a cozy space!
