<Large Yellowtail, Cold-Boiled Pork, and Wine> Last weekend, we had a small home party, preparing what was likely our last large yellowtail and cold-boiled pork this winter. ✨ The wine we paired with the large yellowtail was 1865 Selected Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc. 🥂 The oily yet savory flavor of the large yellowtail was complemented by the distinctive refreshing acidity and elegant volume of Sauvignon Blanc, which complemented it beautifully. 🤍 On weekdays, we all work hard. On holidays, we prepare our favorite, unremarkable dishes.
