I'm a novice homemaker, but when choosing kitchen items, I always look for three things: practicality, long-lasting materials, and beauty. ㅎ_ㅎ I'm going to introduce you to three kitchen items that I've been using so diligently in my home! 1. Weck Mold These are thick glass containers from Germany. They come in a variety of sizes and are incredibly versatile, so I bought them in different sizes and am extremely satisfied! 290ml: I sometimes use them as side dish containers, sauce bowls, and small plates! 370ml: Rice bowls, freezer containers, and even side dishes. 580ml: Soup bowls, small cups of ramen, and homemade pickles. Because they're made of glass, there's no worry about discoloration, they seal well, don't require regular replacement, and can be sterilized in boiling water! I bought these to last, and they're holding up very well. 2. Heritor Stainless Steel Table Mat I think it's been about a year since I used it. Because it's stainless steel, even if red sauce splatters on it, I can just wipe it with a wet tissue without it leaving a stain. And if it's really dirty, I can wash it with water for hygienic use. Above all, it's beautiful. 3. Chefwin 5-ply Dream Hands Sauté Pan 26cm This is a commonly used frying pan size. It's made of stainless steel, and I currently have one in the 22cm and one in the 26cm. The handle is removable, so it's great for plating right after cooking. Best of all, it significantly reduces dishwashing, which is convenient. Without a handle, it's also easy to clean up. Stainless steel pans take some getting used to, but the coating definitely won't peel off, and they're long-lasting. It's a bit pricey, made of 5-ply 316 stainless steel, but I bought it with the intention of using it for a long time.
