#FTC21기이야기 #도전집들이 Hello. We're a couple working in interior design, and have recently moved from Yeonhui-dong to Unjeong. Having suffered from noise from upstairs neighbors in our apartment for a long time, our requirements for this home were very clear. First, a top floor with no noise, Second, an unobstructed view, Third, good ventilation. Now that we've found a home that satisfies all three of these requirements, and every day, amidst the silence of the upstairs floor, I realize how right that choice was. This home has been a kind of "minimum budget laboratory." Based on our past experience, where even renovations always left us with regrets, within a total budget of 12 million won, it was a process for us, as designers, to decide "where to empty and where to fill." Without any structural changes or flooring, we only touched up four things: wallpaper, baseboards, film, and lighting. Yet, the house took on a completely different feel.
