The item I recently brought home after persistent deliberation is none other than #스타우브 #꼬꼬떼. I love rice cooked in a pot so much, but since I'm still a complete beginner at cooking, I worried for a long time that I might just keep the expensive Staub on display without ever using it. I finally made the big decision to buy it, but cooking rice in a pot is easier than I thought!? The rice is so delicious, and need I say more about how pretty the design is? To celebrate bringing home the Staub, I tried making shiitake mushroom rice and boiled pork jowl, and my husband said he thinks he married well. 🤪😄 Take good care of me, heh. I bought the 18cm size, and it's just right for two people! It's on the heavier side, so I think I wouldn't reach for it if it were any bigger.
