Since space for kitchen cabinets was limited, I organized frequently used dishes using a slim Bagebo bookshelf. I placed a food waste disposer on the very bottom shelf; I keep it on a wheeled stand and only take it out slightly when I need to use it. I built a narrow partition next to it to hide the mess and reduce the feeling of confinement. I store spices in a metal container next to the induction cooktop and hang cooking utensils in the spice drawer next to the dishwasher. I rearranged the layout to prevent spices from spoiling due to the heat from the dishwasher, and it looks neat and works well without any inconvenience.
