I chose this with persistence. Do you know how many nights I stayed up? Since the theme for this challenge was "Items I Picked Persistently," the first thing that came to mind was this sofa. 🛋️ Because it's a studio apartment, the space isn't very big, so I didn't want to waste even a single square meter. So, the layout is divided into a desk zone on one side and a relaxation zone on the other. I wanted to separate the space with furniture instead of a partition wall, and I needed a sofa to be the centerpiece. But... If I put a two-seater, the living room would feel cramped, and I was worried a single one might look too small. Since the TV is movable rather than fixed, I didn't necessarily need to position it in the center. That made me agonize even more. I didn't need a sofa that looked good to others; I needed a spot where I could sit the longest and most comfortably. But the requirements kept piling up. It had to be pretty, take up little space, be comfortable, have the right seat depth, be free from stains or sagging, and be reasonably priced... It was practically a battle of sorts, making me wonder if I was looking for a sofa or a lifelong companion 😂 I read over 100 reviews, compared similar models, spent weeks agonizing over the color, and searched almost every night. “Comfort like lying on a cloud”… Clouds? I searched again, half-doubting, but still. While waiting for delivery, I regretted it once a day, thinking, “Did I buy this for nothing…?” That is how persistently I chose this sofa. Now that it’s in place, it doesn't take up much space, yet it perfectly completes my relaxation zone. ✨ Once I put my legs on the stool, I can't get up; even after nearly a year of use, there is almost no sagging; and whenever guests come over, they always sit on it and ask, “Where did you buy this?”… and I rarely get up 😁 When I turn on the feather lights and play music on my Marshall speaker while sitting there, I think, “Ah, this is why I stayed up all night.” Because I was so persistent in choosing, it turned out to be a choice I could finally justify. Since “The Man Who Lives with a King” is popular these days, I decided to try it out myself. It is by royal command.
