It's been a while, really. I always say, "This week is really starting!" and then quietly disappear... Did I get caught? 🙈 February is practically a work-related war for me. Overtime, overtime, and more overtime. After surviving the winter, I finally have the golden holiday weekend. I'm making a vow to myself to really work hard starting in March. ✨ Plus, graduate school starts in March. I've learned that if you're going to be busy, you need to start early. So these days, I'm eating well and making storage supplies. It's like a little gift to my future self. 🎁 My biggest concern these days is definitely investing. I've decided to stop ordering delivery! Getting into the habit of opening the freezer before opening my wallet. So today's menu is chop steak, using a pre-made meal kit. 🥩 I'm not the type to add a lot of sauce. I just cook the meat until it's perfectly cooked, with a little salt and parsley. The natural flavors of the ingredients are so wonderful. It looks like it was made roughly, but it never looks that way. Plating is half the battle, right? 😌 Those of you who've been around a while will know that pottery is my hobby. I took out the rabbit plate I recently made. 🐰 The paprika and meat spread out on the round plate, and somehow, it reminded me of a clock rabbit hopping across it. It's like a scene of a rabbit running through a field of red paprika, as if shouting, "It's late! It's late!" A little wonderland on my table. It's just a simple meal, but within it lies a story and worldview I love. 🌹 Instead of making excuses about being busy, I'm going to try to document everything, even if it's just a little. My daily life, my meals, my dishes, and even the little pieces of my own fairy tales that are placed on top of them all.
