Behind the island is a robot vacuum cleaner and a bar stool trolley. The top shelf of the trolley holds dishcloths, the middle holds medicine (the water purifier is right around the corner!), and the bottom holds tea, instant coffee, and other beverages! The trolley is sometimes moved around for use, and if you keep your medicine out of sight, it's hard to get to it.
