When I get home from grocery shopping, I update my notepad before putting anything in the fridge. Otherwise, I forget what's in the fridge, and end up buying more or leaving more. ✅ My Grocery Routine 1. Write down what I need for refrigeration and freezing. 2. Check what I'll eat first. 3. Erase immediately after eating.
