I saw this in a store a while back and thought it would be cute in the bathroom. It just sat on my wish list. Lately, I've been going to bed late and my sleep cycle has been off, so I've been researching ways to help me sleep better. I came across an article suggesting that showering in a dark room can help you sleep better, and I immediately thought of this product and bought it. Beyond its cuteness, I thought it could be useful. So, on the first day of testing, I got home and, half-heartedly, turned off the bathroom lights. The soft light definitely made me feel more relaxed. I thought, "Huh? Is it working?" The second day, unlike my usual desire to shower quickly, I found myself wanting to spend more time in the bathroom. By the third day, I could clearly feel the difference between the feeling of relaxation and calmness I felt while showering and the feeling of being in a bright light. I felt like I had personally experienced the impact of light before bed. A few days ago, I had this on while taking a half-body bath.
