I'd only ever made hand drip coffee, but sometimes I crave a strong espresso. So, I tried a moka pot for the first time. I was surprised at how much simpler it was. Just add the grounds and water, and place it on the induction stovetop. The tempered glass container allows you to see the brewing process immediately, making it fun to use. The stainless steel boiler makes it easy to maintain. Because the moka pot is induction-safe, I could use it right away without a gas stovetop.
