This is a wooden mirror I've considered throwing away countless times because of my child's scribbles. Even if I wipe it, it won't come off, and the scratches remain, so I felt bad every time I looked at it. So I just covered it up. To be honest, I was like, "Hmm...?" with the first coat, but after applying the second coat, the grain smoothed out, and the atmosphere changed. It was amazing how the same mirror transformed the feel of the space. It's a renovation worth trying before throwing it away.
