Last night's dinner was a simple, home-cooked meal🍚 I boiled a pot of budaejjigae (army stew) I bought at E-Mart, then took out the remaining spring onions I had in the fridge and simply seasoned them. I fried two eggs🍳, served them with rice, and some kimchi, and it was a decent meal. It's not a special dish or anything fancy, but I secretly love this simple dinner. The budaejjigae, served in a pot and shared, strangely tastes better at home than when eaten out. These days, my mind is going back and forth, maybe because my wedding is less than two months away. There's so much to prepare, and it feels like I haven't finished it yet, but time seems to fly by so quickly. When I actually think about the date, it doesn't really feel real, but sometimes, when I'm eating at home like this, I think, "Wow, there really isn't much time left." 🤵🏻‍♂️👰🏽‍♀️ Still, these ordinary evenings will pile up and eventually become memories!
