"I moved the dining table into the living room and made this the kids' space." Originally, the dining table was next to the kitchen, but it felt like a waste to use it only for meals. So, I boldly moved the dining table to the living room, and transformed this space into a small space just for the kids. I wanted a space where the kids could sit, read books, draw, and just relax. I placed the books at their eye level, so they could access them whenever they wanted. Because they're clearly visible, they feel like they're reading more often. While we didn't make any major changes to the house's layout, just moving the dining table made the atmosphere feel completely different. ✨ My eldest, who loves drawing and crafting, now spends more time sitting here.
