The sensor must not malfunction. 2. It must hold a 20-liter bag. 3. It must not bend over. I chose this after researching and comparing reviews. Actually, I have a compression trash can that I've been using for over 20 years, but I couldn't bring myself to throw it away. If you fill it to the brim and then press down on it to compress it, how much can it hold? My husband was abusing that trash can, so I had no choice but to use a 10-liter pedal-type trash can and only throw my trash in the compression bin in the winter. But now my back hurts and it's exhausting, so I decided to replace it. I keep wanting to throw away trash, so I go back and forth to the back porch. It's quiet, and it holds a lot of trash. I feel like it was worth the money.
