It's the JIU pot from @fujita_kinzoku.kr It's made with four generations of craftsmanship, so I was excited to try it out. 🤍 Thanks to the hard tempering process, which involves heating the pot to over 700 degrees Celsius, it's ready to use right away without any break-in time, but I wanted to recreate the feeling of using an iron skillet, so I seasoned it three times. And the first dish I tried was grilling vegetables! It wasn't as difficult to use as I thought, and at 980g, it felt effortless. It was deep enough to cook a variety of vegetables at once, and its excellent heat conductivity allowed even the toughest vegetables to cook beautifully. It tasted like the vegetables I was used to eating...🤍 The handle can be removed, allowing it to sit on the table, and its natural design allows it to retain the warmth of the dish. It's a pure iron pan that will last a long time. I realized that using an iron pan isn't as difficult as I thought.
