This is a review based on my personal experience using and styling the product, which was provided through the #오감리뷰 program. There is a saying you are bound to hear if you live as a Korean: "When it comes to home appliances, it has to be LG!" I recently had the great opportunity to experience the LG TROMM AI Objet Collection Wash Tower, the first in Korea with the largest capacity of 25kg.🥺 It really lives up to its reputation. I understood why people naturally say that. Let me explain step-by-step why I felt that way! The sleek Wash Tower in my home is a chic Space Black⋆⁺₊⋆ ♡̷̷̷ Previously, I was using a 2019 LG TROMM 21kg washing machine and a 14kg dryer stacked in two layers. So, when I heard that both the washing and drying capacities were 25kg, I naturally assumed it would be bigger and more imposing. After all, the capacity has increased; that is the way of nature, isn't it...? However, once I actually installed it, it was much more compact. The capacity has increased, but the exterior specifications have actually shrunk, and the inner tub is huge! It’s gotten bigger! Is LG working magic now...? Seriously, what is this technology all about...? (PPP) After finishing my first wash, the first thought that crossed my mind was that the 25kg capacity felt much bigger than I expected! Since I tend to gather my laundry and wash it all at once, my old 21kg washing machine always looked packed, but with the LG AI Wash Tower, even with the same amount of laundry, there was much more space left inside. Although it is only a 4kg difference in numbers, there was still plenty of room even when I put in a thick all-season comforter. What I found most convenient was that the laundry flow itself became much simpler. Once you put in the laundry, the AI detects the weight and tells you the estimated completion time almost immediately; I heard that this time prediction becomes more accurate the more I use the LG AI Wash Tower. So, I never had to go back and forth in front of the laundry room unnecessarily, not knowing when the wash would finish. If you fill up the detergent and fabric softener, it automatically adds the appropriate amount during the wash, so all I have to do before starting the wash is put in the laundry and set the cycle—that’s it! I was quite satisfied with the AI My Course, which is automatically generated after more than 20 uses. Of course, you can also set it directly via the app. I tend to always run an extra rinse cycle for laundry that comes into direct contact with sensitive skin, such as towels or underwear; it was convenient to be able to save these settings in the AI My Course and recall them immediately. Thanks to the 7-inch wide display, setting courses and checking laundry reports were intuitive, so the overall operation actually felt easier. What I particularly liked were the various features of the dryer! It detects the thickness of duvets and dries them according to their condition, and I could select a course to dry clothes more delicately, even those I usually air-dry out of fear of shrinkage. Because the functions are so detailed, the time spent wondering, "Is it okay to run this item?" has definitely decreased. Also, since it is a Wash Tower, water is supplied to the dryer as well... allowing for steam sterilization! It is said to remove 99.99% of dust mites, allergens, and harmful bacteria using fine steam created by boiling water to 100°C. Simply put, this steam function can solve all your problems, whether it's bedding where dust is a concern like bedroom duvets, clothes that have absorbed odors after eating out, or clothes that are bothersome to wrinkles! Beyond the role of washing clothes, it becomes a smart appliance that you naturally reach for in your daily life and even learns from your usage!
