📌 Shiitake Mushroom and Seaweed Oven Bread Sandwich Sliced shiitake mushrooms and red onions, sautéed them in olive oil with salt and pepper. Added the seaweed and balsamic glaze and sautéed until done. While still hot, I topped them with a slice of brown cheese. I filled the bread with the Balmuda oven-baked bread, and finished with a drizzle of olive oil and grated Grana Padano cheese.
