<Striped Pork Steak & Wine> I worked hard, so enjoy it(?) 🥩🍷 I grilled strip steak to medium-rare, sizzling it. I also grilled broccoli, baby carrots, and onions with a sprinkle of salt and pepper. I served it with truffle carpaccio and kelp butter. 🙌🏻 You can't have a deliciously grilled steak without wine, right!? So I took out my favorite wine glass and poured a generous amount of red wine. I was savoring the bliss of a bite of meat, a sip of wine, and... I broke the wine glass while trying to wash it.
