I swapped my child's bedroom and playroom, and turned the larger room into a bedroom and study zone. Placing the study space right next to the bed makes it easier for my child to navigate, so he naturally finds himself reading a book or sitting down when he wakes up in the morning, and even before he goes to bed. 🤭 My child has always loved books, and with the bookshelf and study zone nearby, reading has become much easier.
