I mismeasured the ceiling to floor height, so I had to lengthen the curtains by 10cm to fix them. After I did, they dragged slightly on the floor. I'd grab them, climb up the ladder, and tighten the curtain rod screws a bit more. I think I'll be able to raise them even by 1mm.
