One Item I’ve Used Every Day for N Years I think dieting feels like a lifelong struggle for women. I tend to gain weight easily depending on what I eat, so if I don't control it, my weight increases quickly. That is why I tend to check my weight almost every day. So, the scale is one of the items that has been with me for a long time, almost like a daily routine. I have been using it consistently for nearly 10 years, starting with the early models and upgrading to versions with slightly better features. I particularly liked that it syncs with a smartphone app, allowing me to check not only my weight but also figures like body fat, muscle mass, and BMI all at once. Since it keeps a record, it also serves as an opportunity to naturally reflect on my lifestyle habits. I also liked that the design is simple and the colors are subtle, so it doesn't detract from the interior no matter where I place it, whether in the bedroom or in front of the bathroom. I wanted to show you the scale performing its job by stepping on it, but I couldn't bring myself to post that. 😅 Weighing scales keep improving day by day, but my weight just won't go down. I use it every day, but it is an item that always requires mental preparation before stepping on it. Have you ever stepped on it again, because you wondered if the reading was correct? #CornSoupRecordBook #PrettyItemsAreTheBest #WeighingScale #Chair #DiningChair #Duvet #Bed #Footmat #BathroomFootmat #StudioApartment #StudioApartmentInterior #StudioApartmentDecor #SingleRoomDecor #ColorInterior #SingleRoomInterior #SingleRoomItems #HouseholdGoodsRecommendation #PinkInterior #Pinkterior #HouseholdGoods #HouseholdGoodsRecommendation #HomeDecor #RoomDecor
