I'll write another review soon after I've successfully made a pot of rice. ㅎㅎㅎ I've only heard good things about Le Creuset cast-iron pans, but after actually using them, I've never seen a pan that transfers heat so quickly on induction. Perhaps because it's made in cast-iron, the stew seems to cook more vibrantly and with a deeper flavor. Now, whenever someone asks for a pan recommendation, I actively recommend it. ㅎㅎㅎ When I first got married, I always thought my dishes and pots were ivory and white, so I went with the flow. But I started to get bored with them. Sometimes, a bright color like this is nice for a change of pace.💚🩷💙
