Attention! 💡 Interior design budget, no more worries! Sharing actual construction costs 🏠 I had a lot of concerns, from meeting with vendors to choosing materials. I've compiled the details and costs to help those with similar floor plans and styles as me.🌟 •25 pyeong (approximately 86 sq ft) slab apartment •7-day construction period My biggest concern was the warm texture of the eco-friendly wallpaper, made with corn extract and a diamond-like texture, and the lighting. I'm so happy with the result! 🤍 📍 Detailed Construction & Cost Report 1️⃣ Wallpaper (LX Zia Fabric) - 2.5 million won • Total: LX ZEA-502-31 (Sand Pop/Cream White) - The cozy sand texture makes the house look much more spacious and cozy! • Bedroom accent: LX ZEA-502-25 (Light Gray/Neutral Tone) - I chose a more subdued tone for the bedroom to ensure a good night's sleep, and it was a great choice! 🛌 2️⃣ Electrical & Lighting - Total ₩2.2 million • Wiring/Perforation: ₩1.4 million (Living Room, Kitchen, Entryway) • Light Replacement: ₩800,000 (Entire House) • Just by carefully selecting the recessed lighting and perforation placement, the atmosphere of the house changes dramatically. 💡 3️⃣ Woodwork - ₩700,000 • Living Room Light Box: Installed a ceiling fan and a light box for indirect lighting! The living room looks so much more luxurious! 4️⃣ Interior Film - ₩2.9 million • Target: All doors, kitchen cabinets, shoe cabinet • Kitchen sink: Hyundai L&C Bodak RS71 (Matte Gray) - The sophisticated gray color, not too dark, makes the kitchen look much more modern. • The rest: Hyundai L&C Bodak RS181 (Pure White) - Doors, shoe cabinets, etc. are all in the cleanest, brightest white! It makes the space look twice as spacious. • When you don't want to replace something but don't like the color, film installation is the most cost-effective solution. It looks like new furniture! ✨ 5️⃣ Kitchen Transformation: Refrigerator Cabinet - ₩1.3 million • Hanssem Mood White • After removing the existing cabinet, we custom-built it to perfectly match our refrigerator!
