A Fragrant Start to the Day: Bialetti Moka Express 2 Cups Bialetti, the originator of the Moka pot, is a product that anyone who loves coffee has likely heard of at least once. I also remember buying one as a gift for my younger sibling, who majored in barista studies, when I went to Italy for my honeymoon. Unlike clean drip coffee, the Moka pot extracts espresso with a rich crema flavor. In Italy, it is said to be an essential item, with every household owning two or three. Coffee has become so popular in Korea that it is hard to find a home without a coffee machine, and various machines have established themselves here as well. Coffee brewed with a Moka pot, which is rustic yet full of analog charm, definitely spreads a deep and rich flavor, unlike coffee brewed with a machine. Above all, since it is a product made in Italy, the home of coffee, you can feel how sincere they are about coffee. 👍🏻 I was worried that the usage might be cumbersome, but it is simple and not difficult. As long as you have fire, water, and coffee beans, you can brew coffee anywhere, making it perfect for camping. I thought it would be perfect. I got a Moka pot and looked into buying coffee beans, and found that most are sold pre-ground for Moka pots, so it’s fine even if you don’t have a grinder. I only washed it with vinegar the first time, and since then, I just wash it with water and let it dry thoroughly. It’s so easy to store that there isn't really a maintenance routine to speak of. I heard they even pass them down from generation to generation; that’s how sturdy and corrosion-resistant the material is, so you can use it for a very long time. The design is also stylish, so it looks great wherever you place it. It is an essential product for my husband and me, who start every day with a cup of coffee, and I am so, so happy to be able to give the gift of a special taste ♡
