I’ve placed the slippers neatly into a wooden rack so you can put them on as soon as you enter haha. I really love this asymmetrical swing middle door 🚪 I think I know why so many people are getting them these days! It’s so convenient because when you’re carrying a lot of things in both hands, you can just slide it open with your body. I debated whether to go with translucent or clear, but I went with the clean clear finish! I think I'm quite satisfied with it haha. It doesn't leave fingerprints as easily as I expected 😉 I keep my shoes in the shoe rack on the left, and since we don't have a separate pantry at home, I store cleaning supplies (broom, mop, etc.) and things like wet wipes in the remaining space haha. This is the hallway you see when you open the middle door and come in! It's simple right now, but later I want to put a full-length mirror there to turn it into a space where I can check my appearance before going out haha.
