I renovated and moved last year! I couldn't bring myself to remove the wing wall.😭 When I was renovating, I thought I'd just keep the area outside the wing wall clean and leave nothing there. But once I actually left it there, it felt a bit... boring(?). I wanted to put up a shelf to display decorative objects. I was looking for a shelf that would fit the wing wall perfectly (about 20 centimeters), but even after searching for days, I couldn't find one.🙄 Even if I did find one, it didn't quite match my aesthetic...? So, I ended up giving up a little on the length and chose the bookshelf shown in the photo.😉 It seems to go well with my home's interior, so I think I made a pretty good choice, hehe.✨ If you're looking for a shelf to put behind a shallow wing wall, I highly recommend the gap shelf I bought!
