It had been remodeled once before, so it was fairly tidy, but wanting to incorporate our own style, we decided on a 'major renovation' to completely tear everything down from scratch, leaving only the load-bearing walls and concrete. 🛠️ We poured so much care into our home, with over 90 interior design items listed, and here are the receipts! 🧾 🏠 Receipts for Major Construction Processes (Since there were so many processes, I selected a few to list, not everything!) — Window Frames (KCC 24t Low-E Glass): 11.5 million KRW — System Air Conditioners (4 Units): 6 million KRW — Wallpapering (LG Diamant White Plaster): 4.5 million KRW — Kitchen Sink & Refrigerator Cabinet: 4.4 million KRW — Carpentry (Flat Ceiling / Master Bedroom Partition Wall, etc.): 3.5 million KRW — 2 Bathrooms (600x600mm Tile / Masonry Vanity): 6.4 million KRW — Extensions (3 Areas): 2.9 million KRW — Flooring (Kujung Maru Marvelous Zen Celeb Beige): 2.7 million KRW — Lighting (2-inch Recessed Lights / COB Lighting): 1.5 million KRW — Film (Doors / Frames / Sink, etc.): 900,000 KRW — Interior Door (Standard Hinged): 950,000 KRW Won 💰 Total Construction Cost: Approx. 70 million KRW 🔨 Completely renovating an older building was a huge challenge for my husband and me, but even now, after all this time, we live here with satisfaction every single day. 😉✨ #OldApartment #구축인테리어 #구축리모델링 #인테리어노하우
