#콘수프기록집 I think one way to stay healthy is to eat seasonal food. With two baskets full of cockles I received as a gift during cockle season, I made cockle bibimbap and cockle rice bowls for several meals. Maybe it's because spring has arrived, but I felt like serving them on yellow plates. How do you manage not to be interested in pretty dishes?😆😆 I ate to my heart's content, so I don't think I'll be thinking about them for a while, haha. I heard the peak season for cockles is from November to March. I didn't eat this today, though, haha. It was something I made a while ago. Right now, I don't have the stamina to cook something like this. A life relying on meal kits 😖 Yesterday, a friend came over around the time I got off work and slept over at my place. It seems we had a blast drinking from around 8 PM until 3 AM, with my husband joining in. It was nice to finally enjoy that "sickly" mood again after a long time, haha. Actually, I was feeling a bit down this morning because my son returned from his vacation, but having a drink with my loved ones really helped lift my spirits. I have to leave early tomorrow morning, so I plan to become one with my bed early today. My husband ordered a few things saying he got a Kurly coupon, so I’m going to cook some Budae Jjigae (spicy sausage stew) to feed him, and then eat the rest for dinner to make do. I’ve finished watching the remaining episodes of Bridgerton 6, which I’ve been waiting to see for so long. I rearranged the furniture for the first time in a while (I’ll save the photos of the changes for later, haha). I’m going to run an endless washing machine and organize the things in the refrigerator that are becoming harmful to it, hehe.
