Children really grow up fast. Those fleeting moments pass by before you can even fill your eyes with their cuteness. Around the time he was transitioning from 29 to 30 months, Mango was sitting at his desk doodling when he suddenly started sketching a human face, saying "eyes, nose, hair." After spending thirty months together, the newborn who could do nothing but cry has grown up and is drawing for me. Since it is my child's first drawing, I wanted to frame it to keep it, but finding a frame that fit the small size was difficult, so I commissioned an artist to make one for me. I selected the wood and decided on the size on a midsummer day when the rain was pouring down, and received the frame about fifteen days later.
