"Little toad, little toad, I'll give you an old house, give me a new one~" The newlywed home we are currently living in is an older building with a 22-pyeong jeonse lease. Since we are expecting a baby, we felt that a house with only two rooms wouldn't work out... ㅠㅠ My husband inherited a house, and we plan to move into that one! I'll fully remodel it and bring it back to life as a beautiful home haha. Originally, we had put the house up for sale. But no matter how much I thought about it, it felt like such a waste. It's in a super-super-prime location right next to the subway station, right in front of elementary, middle, and high schools, and since redevelopment has been confirmed, it's the perfect place for "body-tech" (living off one's body). My husband lived in this house for a long time with his parents (both have passed away), so he will be eligible for occupancy rights for original residents. Since we can sell it later anyway, it seems like my husband and I have nothing to lose!! And the great thing about this house is that even though it's 30 pyeong, the master bedroom is spacious, and the kitchen and living room are completely separate. Also, since there are no buildings blocking the view in front, when the sun shines on the veranda, it stretches all the way to the entrance. The master bedroom gets plenty of sunlight too, haha. I've chosen an interior design company, and I went to the house with the representative to look around and discuss things. As for the interior design process... I'll try to upload it if I can! #30PyeongInterior #리모델링전 #올수리 #인테리어과정 #OldApartment #구축인테리어 #구축리모델링
